DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DETECTING WALL ABRASION OF SOLID FILLER FEEDING WELL

A device for detecting a wall abrasion of a solid filler feeding well, comprising a well wall abrasion detector (1), a horizontal displacement measurer (5), a vertical displacement monitor (3) and a limiting guide rod (2); one end of the limiting guide rod (2) is fixedly provided with the well wall abrasion detector (1); the signal output end of the well wall abrasion detector (1) is connected to the signal input end of the horizontal displacement measurer (5); and the other end of the limiting guide rod (2) is provided in a sliding mode and passes through the vertical displacement monitor (3). The device utilizes a resistance-strain displacement sensor to detect well wall abrasion and deformation, determines, via the vertical displacement monitor, a position where an operation is located, and combines the data detected by the two to draw a well wall abrasion curve. The device is convenient to install and use, has low cost and high reliability, and effectively detects an abrasion state of the well wall of the solid filler feeding well, thus ensuring a work efficiency of the feeding well. Also disclosed is a method for detecting a wall abrasion of the solid filler feeding well.
