A mounting device (12) is provided with: a movable unit (35) that moves within a movable range (A) between a first end (A1) and a second end (A2); an air pipe (40) connected to the movable unit (35) and a first arrangement unit (31) and arranged without going out of the movable range (A) at the first end side (A1) and without going out of the movable range (A) on the second end side (A2); and electrical wire (45) connected to the movable unit (35) and a second arrangement unit (32) and arranged without going out of the movable range (A) at the first end side (A1) and without going out of the movable range (A) on the second end side (A2). With this device, the device can be made more compact because, even with the movement of the movable unit (35), the air pipe (40) and the electrical wire (45) do not go outside of the movable range (A).
