A method and apparatus for processing a service. The method comprises: a terminal receiving first voice information from an end user (S102); the terminal determining whether first voiceprint information in the first voice information is legal or not (S104); according to a control instruction in the first voice information, the terminal performing the processing corresponding to the control instruction on a specified service in the case that the first voiceprint information is legal (S106). The problem of low security in user information resulting from that a screen locking operation is not used due to the poor user experience degree caused by inconvenience to a user in operating a terminal by a hand when a terminal receives a related service such as a short message in relevant art is solved by means of the method and the apparatus, and it is achieved that a specified service can be controlled through a voice by a user. Moreover, it is guaranteed that user information is kept away from prying eyes of any other person, and user experience degree is improved through determining whether a voice is legal or not on the basis of a voiceprint. |
