Device comprises subsequently installed hooper for raw material, tank for soaking sawings in water solution of alkali and device for subsequent grinding. Tank for soaking sawings is equipped with module ensuring process intensification by ultrasonic action modulated by swinging frequency.EFFECT: reduced power consumption for grinding unit mass of sawings and higher output of sugars as a result of subsequent hydrolysis of these sawings with hydrolytic enzyme complex.1 cl, 2 dwg
