There is a demand for low-cost production of small clinical inspection devices for POCT. In this small clinical inspection device for POCT, high sensitivity and measurement accuracy are achieved through the combination of detection using a potential measurement method and a method in which a reaction unit larger than a detection unit is disposed upstream from the detection unit and reaction takes place during mixing. Making a reaction unit large can lead to uneven reaction and reduced measurement accuracy, so mixing is carried out during reaction in this invention. Further, separating the reaction unit and detection unit by a fixed distance suppresses the increase of detection unit background resulting from the diffusion of a substrate or other reagent from the reaction unit. |
