An embodiment of the present invention relates to a display device including a center region having at least a display region on a substrate, and a peripheral region arranged around the center region. Disclosed is the display device including: a display region inorganic film which is formed on the display region and is formed to be extended to at least one region of the peripheral region; and an encapsulated inorganic film which covers the display region, and is formed on an upper part of the display region inorganic film, and has an edge which is in parallel with an edge of the display region inorganic film or is formed to pass by the edge of the display region inorganic film. The display device of the present invention has improved durability.
