The present invention relates to an energy management device which is physically connected between an input power supply and an output power supply, and connected to loads to manage the loads. The energy management device comprises: a power management unit for receiving the input power supply to obtain power consumption information in real time, and minutely measuring maximum power information and minutely predicting predicted maximum power information; a load control unit for receiving measured power factor information and adjusting capacitance of capacitors according to the state of a power factor to switch application or openness of the capacitors to the loads, thereby improving the power factor of the loads; an input/output unit for transmitting a control signal for switching the application or the openness of the capacitors to the loads according to the power factor, to the load controller; a communication unit for performing wireless, wired or internet communications with an external device; and a central processing unit for controlling the power management unit, the load control unit, the input/output unit and the communication unit. |
