Disclosed in the present invention are a duplex calorimeter, a thermal energy supply system having the same, and an operating method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the duplex calorimeter comprises: a body part (130); a first branched pipe part (110) and a second branched pipe part (120); at least two check valves (140); and a temperature measuring part (150). It is the gist of the configuration that the check valves (140) are mounted to the first branched pipe part (110) and the second branched pipe part (120) to regularly rotate an impeller (161) mounted on an inside of the body part (130) in the same direction. In addition, it is the gist of the configuration in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, that the thermal energy supply system comprises at least one duplex calorimeter (100). Additionally, in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention, it is the gist of the configuration that an operating method of the thermal energy supply system (S100, S200) comprises: a step of mounting a temperature measuring part (S110, S210); a step of detecting temperature data (S120, S220); a step of determining heat sales (S130, S230); and a step of calculating calories (S140, S240). |
