Provide is a method to control a hearth roll to manufacture a non-oriented electrical steel sheets. According to the present invention, in the method to control the hearth roll to manufacture the non-oriented electrical steel sheets, the method to control each of a plurality of hearth rolls installed in a fixated interval in an annealing furnace when a thermal treatment process of the non-oriented electrical steel sheet manufacturing process is performed via the annealing furnace, including: a first work speed working step of working a first steel sheet material containing silicon of a fixated ratio at a first work speed (V1); a work speed ratio calculation step of calculating a work speed ratio (V2/V1), which is a ratio of a second work speed (V2) as to the first work speed (V1), before working a second steel sheet material containing silicon content more than the first steel sheet material by changing the work speed to the second work speed (V2) slower than the first work speed (V1) after the first work speed working step; a driving speed ratio checking step of checking a driving speed ratio (W1/V1), which is a ratio of a rotation speed (W1) per each hearth roll as to the first work speed (V1) in the first work speed working step; and a rotation speed adjustment step of adjusting a rotation speed of each hearth roll in accordance with the driving speed ratio (W1/V1) checked in the driving speed ratio checking step and the work speed ratio (V2/V1) calculated in the work speed ratio calculation step. |
