FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely dermatovenerology, and is applicable for treating skin diseases. A spray storage-stable, substantially anhydrous formulation for local application contains 0.00001-0.05 % wt/wt of calcipotriol and calcipotriol monohydrate and 0.0005-1% of betamethasone ester dissolved in propellant mix making 50-90% volume/volume of the formulation amount, 0.1-10% of lipid co-solvent and 10-50% wt/wt of a pharmaceutically acceptable lipid carrier dissolved or suspended in the above propellant; the lipid carrier contains one or more lipids, which form a semi-solid and occluding layer where applied and if applied on the skin with the propellant evaporating. A method of treating a skin disease involves administering a therapeutically effective amount of the formulation to the patient.EFFECT: using the inventions enables providing the higher clinical effectiveness ensured y better permeability and biological activity of the ingredients.16 cl, 8 tbl, 7 dwg, 8 ex |
