[Also in Group XXXII] The casing 24 of a differential gear for swinging half axles is suspended from the frame 17 of a motor vehicle by a resilient seating 29, a bolt 27 and a resilient cushion 28. An extension 25, which may be of flat or blade-like form, also has a resilient connection 26 with the frame. The seating 29 also supports a bolt 18 forming part of the wheel suspension (see Group XXXII). |
