PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of adjusting a size of an exudate of fish to be cut.SOLUTION: A cutting device comprises: a transport part 20 which rotates vertically and transports an exudate 16 of fish; and a cutting part 30 for cutting the exudate 16 of fish which has been transported by the transport part 20. Plural gaps g are arranged in a direction where a rotary axis AX1 of the transport part 20 extends, over whole periphery of an outer peripheral face of the transport part 20, and a hollow part 202 for holding the exudate 16 of fish extends and crosses the peripheral direction of the outer peripheral face. The cutting part 30 has plural rotary blades 320 which rotate and are arranged so that end parts of the rotary blades are stored in the plural gaps g.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
