PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrospray device that enables a solution material to be accumulated with a high degree of accuracy in a desired pattern.SOLUTION: A solution material sprayed from a nozzle is accumulated as a thin film on a substrate by an electrospray device. The electrospray device includes: the nozzle for spraying the solution material in the state of applying a voltage to the solution material; and a mask 3 which includes mask parts 31 and 32 arranged away from each other in a plan view and a slender connection part 33 provided in a position away from the substrate and connecting the mask parts 31 and 32 together, and which is arranged in the vicinity of the substrate, between the nozzle and the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
