PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device that can easily deploy a terminal device that serves as a communication opposite party at an appropriate position relative to a tag for performing short-range wireless communication.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a conductive coil is placed at a position of at least part of the circumference of a tag for performing short-range wireless communication using electromagnetic induction by electromagnetic waves radiated by a communication unit in a terminal device. Guidance display is displayed on a display unit in response to the occurrence of inductive electromotive force in the coil due to placing the coil close to the terminal device. Because the guidance display guides the position of the terminal device to a position where the communication unit in the terminal device and the tag perform short-range wireless communication, a user can easily estimate an appropriate position of the terminal device relative to the tag for performing short-range wireless communication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
