The present technology pertains to a solid-state imaging element, an imaging device, and an electronic device, with which color mixing can be suppressed without reducing sensitivity. In the pixels adjacent to white pixels (W pixels), that is, the pixels other than the W pixels (the red pixels (R pixels), green pixels (G pixels), and blue pixels (B pixels)), a light-blocking film thicker than that of the W pixels is formed at the positions adjacent to the W pixels. In addition, for the pixels other than the W pixels, that is, the RGB pixels, the thickness of the light-blocking film increases as the wavelength decreases. The present technology can be applied to solid-state imaging elements. |
