The present invention relates to a torque sensor device for sensing torque between an input axis and an output axis through a relative rotation displacement of the input and output axes by being arranged between the input axis and the output axis. The present invention comprises: a housing which is able to relatively rotate to the input axis and the output axis by accommodating end parts of the input and output axes and being arranged and fixated on a position; a magnet unit which is accommodated and arranged in the housing and includes a magnet ring accommodated and arranged in the housing in order to rotate inside the housing by being connected to an end of one side between the input axis and the output axis; a collector unit which focuses the magnetic field of the magnet unit by being fixated on the housing and being arranged outside the magnet unit; a sensing unit which includes a torque sensor for sensing the magnetic field focused through the collector unit by being arranged in the outer circumference side of the collector unit; and a shield ring unit which is arranged between the collector unit and the magnet unit, is connected with an end of the other side between the input axis and the output axis, and changes the magnetic field of the magnet unit focused through the collector unit by a relative rotation between the input axis and the output axis. The magnet unit of the torque sensor device includes: a magnet holder which is connected to the input axis at one end; the magnet ring which is separately arranged across the magnet holder; a magnet cover which is connected with the magnet holder by being arranged to have the magnet ring between the magnet holder and the magnet cover; and a magnet buffer unit which is arranged between the magnet cover and the magnet ring. |
