A ballast water treatment system having a bromine and ozone injector, according to the present invention, comprises: a ballast pipe into which seawater flows; a ballast pump (110) which transfers the seawater to the inside of the ballast pipe (100); a bromine injection part (3000) which comprises a bromine storage tank (300), a bromine transfer pipe (310) for injecting the bromine supplied from the bromine storage tank (300) to the ballast pipe (100), and a bromine injection pump (340) for pressing the bromine to be injected into the ballast pipe (300); and an ozone treatment part (2000) which comprises an ozone injection device (200) for supplying ozone to the ballast pipe (100), a mixer (220) for mixing the ozone supplied from the ozone injection device (200) with the seawater transferred into the ballast pipe (100), and an ozone transfer pipe (210) for injecting the ozone supplied from the ozone injection device (200) to the ballast pipe (100). Thus, the present invention enables the smooth formation of hypobromous acid by additionally injecting bromine into an ozone treatment process, thereby having a continuous sterilizing effect in a ballast tank.
