The integrated electronic block system comprises: a station control device which is installed at each station and transmits a control signal to control a train or various on-site devices; at least one on-site output device which intrinsically receives an optical signal with a distinct wavelength, receives the control signal that has a specific wavelength that is different from those of the rest of the on-site output devices from the station control device and transmits a response signal to the control signal or various status information data to the station control device; and a ring network which connects the station control device to the on-site output devices with optical cables that constitute the optical fiber Bragg grating so that the optical signal with a distinct wavelength is intrinsically allocated to each of the on-site output devices. The present invention is capable of allocating the distinct wavelength to each of the on-site output devices by using the optical fiber Bragg grating formed out of the optical cables that constitute the ring network so that data between the station control device and the on-site output device is transmitted with a one-to-one structure and ameliorating the economic feasibility and scalability of the integrated electronic block system via the full-duplex transmission ring network that can perform simultaneous and bidirectional data communication.
