According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an organic light emitting display device comprising: first and second substrates facing each other; a resin layer placed between the first and second substrates; a bank, an organic light emitting layer, and a conductive layer placed on the first substrate and the resin layer; a color filter layer and a conductive pass placed between the resin layer and the second substrate; and a plurality of conductive particles, placed on the resin layer, having charges. The conductive layer covers the bank. The conductive particles are adjacently placed on the bank to electrically connect the conductive layer to the conductive pass. Accordingly, the conductive pass can reduce surface resistance of a cathode located on the conductive layer, and an uneven brightness problem of the organic light emitting display device can be solved by improvement of voltage drop. |
