PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid configured that while attaching the lid to a container, the lid can easily be torn straight without providing a cut, such as a notch, in a part of the lid and thereby an opening for taking out content or an opening for draining hot water can be formed, and to provide a container using the lid.SOLUTION: A lid is formed from a laminate in which a paper layer, a base material made of a uniaxial stretched film, an aluminum foil layer, and a heat adhesive resin layer are arranged in layers. The lid is joined to an opening of a body of a container under heat. The lid is provided with an opening tab projecting outward from the peripheral edge of the body of the container and a straight cutting scheduled line formed from a root of the opening tab. The uniaxial stretched film can be torn straight along a stretched direction. The stretched direction of the uniaxial stretched film and a direction of the cutting scheduled line are the same direction. The laminate can be torn straight along the cutting scheduled line from the root of the opening tab.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
