PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail printing device and a printing method of the nail printing device capable of performing high quality printing by preventing a deviation of an image to be printed even in the case where a nail to be printed moves during printing.SOLUTION: The nail printing device includes: a position information acquisition part 512 for acquiring the position information of a nail T; a position change detection part 513 for detecting a change in the position of the nail T during a printing operation on the basis of the position information of the nail T; and a printing control part 514 for stopping a printing operation of a print head 46 until the change in the position stops in the case where the position change detection part 513 detects that the change in the position of the nail T is made, determining a printing position during printing, being printed by the print head 46 when the change in the position is detected, and controlling the printing operation of the print head 46 so as to start the printing from printing data to be printed at a restarting position at the restarting position on an upstream side in a scanning direction X from a printing position during the printing after the change in the position of the nail T stops.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
