PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable element seal structure devised to be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: In a movable element seal structure which seals a guide part between a stator 2 and a movable element 15, or carries out sealing between the movable element 15 and a drive part, there are guide part seal members 51a, 51b detachably mounted to the movable element 15. The guide part seal members 51a, 51b are each constructed from a straight part and a bent part. The straight part is constructed by laminating a flexible member and a non-flexible member.
