The present invention relates to a coating composition for preventing the attachment of fliers and a coating method using same. The coating composition for preventing the attachment of fliers according to the present invention comprises a coating composition, which is applied onto facilities and forms a coating layer, wherein the coating composition comprises: 25 to 35 parts by weight of a urethane synthetic resin, an acrylic resin solution, or an epoxy-based resin solution; 5 to 35 parts by weight of urethane pigments, acrylic or epoxy-based pigments; 10 to 20 parts by weight of a PE thermoplastic resin, a phenolic resin, a melamine resin, an epoxy resin, polystyrene resin beads, or glass beads; 40 to 52 parts by weight of a urethane thinner and toluene, which are organic solvents; and 2 to 4 parts by weight of a hardener. Configured as such, the coating sheet for preventing the attachment of fliers according to the present invention is attached to public facilities, such as walls, utility poles, lampposts, and traffic lights, or private facilities and can thereby prevent the illegal fliers from being attached without permission and is produced in the same colors as the unique colors of the private or public facilities by using color pigments and thus can be applied in accordance with a surrounding fine view and street environment. |
