The present invention relates to a device and a method to supply fuel to a bi-fuel engine. The fuel supply device includes: a fuel supply path connected with an engine; a first fuel supply path connected with the fuel supply path and a first fuel tank; a first fuel chamber connected with the first fuel supply path; a second fuel supply path connected with the fuel supply path and a second fuel tank; a second fuel chamber connected with the second fuel supply path; a pressurizing piston installed to reciprocate in the first and second fuel chambers; and a control part controlling the quantity of fuel in the first fuel chamber to make the pressurizing piston increase pressure of second fuel, supplied to the second fuel chamber. According to the present invention, since supply pressure of the second fuel is increased by using supply pressure of first fuel when fuel of a bi-fuel engine is converted, the fuel is smoothly converted by the increased supply pressure of the second fuel even if the first fuel, having higher pressure, remains in the fuel supply path, and the increasing of the pressure of the second fuel is structurally achieved without an extra pressure increasing device. |
