The present invention relates to a composite resin coating composition, and to a steel plate which is coated by using the composition. The composite resin coating composition is capable of granting excellent deep weldability and antimycotic property to a steel plate which is used for an automobile fuel tank. More specifically, the complex resin coating composition comprises: 5-40 parts by weight of a hardening agent; 1-10 parts by weight of a wetting agent; 1-15 parts by weight of a cross linking agent; 0.1-3 parts by weight of metal nano powder; and 0.001-0.1 parts by weight of a pyrethroid-based compound with respect to 100 parts by weight of a subject resin. On at least one side of the steel plate, the coating layer formed by the composite resin coating composition is coated. The composite resin coating composition is able to grant excellent deep weldability, corrosion resistance, fuel resistance, and mycotic resistance to a steel plate. Therefore, the steel plate coated with the composition can be used for a steel plate for a fuel tank panel, and more specifically, for a steel plate in an automobile fuel tank which is filled with biofuel. |
