The present invention relates to a ballast water filtration device, comprising: a housing having an inlet and an outlet for the influx and efflux of the ship ballast water, while being divided into an upper housing and a lower housing by a lower plate; a filter part for filtering the ballast water flowed in through the inlet while being located on the upper housing; and an automatic washing part for washing the debris clung to the filter part. The automatic washing part is located on the lower housing, and comprises: a suction part for suctioning backwash water including the debris clung to the filter part; more than one flushing arm which rotates around a rotary shaft by a rotary part while receiving the backwash water by being funneled with each filter element on the concentric circular path of the filter part; an induction pipe for flowing in the backwash water from the flushing arm while being connected to the bottom plate of the housing to cover the drive shaft; and a bushing for preventing the rotary force of the drive shaft from being delivered to the induction pipe. Therefore, the rotation of the drive shaft can be prevented from being interfered, while the backwash water flowing into the suction part can be prevented from leaking into the connection portion of the drive shaft.
