FIELD: physics, photography.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electrophotographic photosensitive element for use in printing cartridges and electrophotographic apparatus. The electrophotographic photosensitive element comprises a base, a priming coat formed on the base and a photosensitive layer formed on the priming coat. The priming coat comprises a cured product having a structure of the formulawhere R-Rand R-Rassume values given in the description.
