PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device that suppresses reverberation vibration.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic device includes: a first element column 31 including n (n is an integer of 4 or more) of ultrasonic transducer elements 23 which are arranged along a first straight line and at line-symmetric positions about a second straight line orthogonal to the first straight line and are connected to a first wiring line 48; and a second element column 32 including n of ultrasonic transducer elements 24 which are arranged adjoining to the first element column 31, at line-symmetric positions around the second straight line 29, and are connected to a second wiring line 55. When a distance Dis defined between an element included in the first element column 31 and having the k-th distance from the second straight line 29, in an ascending order, in the elements of the column, and an element included in the second element column 32 and having the k-th distance from the second straight line 29, in an ascending order, in the elements of the column, a relationship of D<Dis satisfied in at least one of the k-th elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
