This disclosure relates to an image processing device, an image processing method, and a solid-state imaging device which make it possible to detect image information with high precision using images captured under different imaging conditions. A difference detecting unit detects difference information relating to short-exposure images of a frame being processed and a previous frame, captured using a short exposure time. The difference detecting unit detects difference information relating to long-exposure images of the frame being processed and the previous frame, captured using a long exposure time. A combining unit combines the difference information relating to the short-exposure images and the difference information relating to the long-exposure images, on the basis of the short-exposure images or the long-exposure images, and generates a motion vector for the frame being processed, on the basis of the combined difference information. This disclosure can, for example, be applied to an image processing device or the like. |
