The present invention provides an apparatus for wet grinding and dispersion having a device for preventing a leakage of beads to improve the quality of products by increasing grinding efficiency and perfectly separating the beads. To achieve the above, the apparatus for wet grinding and dispersion comprises: a grinding room installed horizontally; a vertical separating room connected to the horizontal grinding room through a slurry transferring duct; a rotary shaft installed in the horizontal grinding room to be able to rotate by a driving force of a motor and having a plurality of pins; a rotary shaft installed in the separating room to be able to rotate by a driving force of the motor and vertically installed to transfer slurry to the outside via the inside thereof; and a separator prepared in the rotary shaft, vertically installed, so as to pass the ground slurry and filter beads. The apparatus for wet grinding and dispersion comprises: an impeller member consisting of a cylindrical body, which is inserted and mounted in the horizontal rotary shaft to apply a centrifugal force for separating the beads and transferring the same to the grinding room when the slurry ground in the grinding room is transferred to the separating room, and a plurality of spiral wings formed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical body; a spiral screw formed in a lower end of the vertical rotary shaft to separate the beads from the slurry transferred to the separating room and transfer the slurry downward. |
