A cosmetic sheet according to the present invention comprises: a cosmetic layer which electrically radiates aqueous macro-molecules and functional materials together, while being forming a web-like nanofiber shape and melted by moisture; and a moisture maintaining layer detachably attached on the cosmetic layer so as to maintain the moisture of the cosmetic layer during outdoor activities with the cosmetic layer attached on the face, wherein the moisture can be prevented from drying while the cosmetic layer is absorbed into the skin during outdoor activities with the cosmetic sheet attached on the face, and when the entire cosmetic layer is absorbed into the face, the moisture maintaining layer is separated from the face, thereby improving the convenience of the user.
