The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method of adhering a logo to a sewn hat, the method that not only can realize various shaped logos, but also improves workability by simply adhering a logo made of a soft molded article to a front portion of a hat cap of the sewn hat using adhesive only. A sewn hat (100) includes: a sewn hat cap (120) which includes a cover portion covering the head and consisted of a plurality of scraps (122, 124), and which is formed by positioning the scraps such that some of ends (122a, 124b) of the scraps are covered in the back sides around the top central point (A) while facing each other and by putting a reinforcing band (126) over the back sides of the scraps such that the scraps and the reinforcing band are combined with each other by sewing (130); and a hat shade (110) protruding to the front. A method of adhering a soft molded article to a sewn hat according to the present invention is characterized in that the sewn hat has a supporting part (300) in a central portion of which intaglio (310) corresponding to a shape of the reinforcing band (126) is formed. The method includes: a first step of positioning the reinforcing band (126) on the intaglio (310) of the supporting part (300), thereby placing the supporting part (300) on an inner surface of the hat cap (120); a second step of positioning a separately prepared soft logo (200), on the back side of which adhesive is coated, on a front surface portion of the hat cap; and a third step of pressing the logo to the hat cap through the front surface of the logo (200) using a press, such that the logo (200) is adhered to the front surface of the hat cap (120) by pressing of the press. Therefore, the present invention has an effect that various hats can be provided by freely realizing the logo on the front of the hat cap since the logo (200) can be adhered to the front surface of the hat cap (120) only through an adhering process such that various fine shapes of the logo can be expressed. |
