A bottle is formed in a closed-ended, cylindrical shape from a synthetic resin material, wherein a bottom wall portion of a bottom portion comprises: a ground contacting portion that is positioned at an outer perimeter portion; a raised perimeter wall portion that extends upward to overlap at the ground contacting portion from the inside in the bottle diameter direction; an annular moveable wall portion that projects inside in the bottle diameter direction from an upper end portion of the raised perimeter wall portion; and an indented perimeter wall portion that extends upward from an inner end portion in the bottle diameter direction of the moveable wall portion. The moveable wall portion is rotatably disposed around a connecting portion with the raised perimeter wall portion, such that the indented perimeter wall portion is caused to move upward. The raised perimeter wall portion extends so as to gradually incline toward the inside in the bottle diameter direction as it approaches the connecting portion with the moveable wall portion from the ground contacting portion, and the angle of inclination formed is an angle of no less than 0° and less than 20° with respect to the bottle axis. The height of the bottle from the ground contacting portion to the connecting portion between the raised perimeter wall portion and the moveable wall portion is no less than 3.5mm and no more than 7.5mm. |
