PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce anxiety of a user when a control device of a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus, medical equipment and the like is connected to an external network.SOLUTION: A security gateway 200 transmits a control signal transmitted from a remote monitoring control device 300 to a control device 100, and transmits control result data transmitted from the control device 100 to the remote monitoring control device 300, in a remote control mode; and discards data transmitted from the remote monitoring control device 300, and transmits log data transmitted form the control device 100 to the remote monitoring control device 300, in a remote monitoring mode.
