The present application relates to an electron beam emission device which has a concave cathode and a holder and which suppresses the generation of an arc so as to enable more stable and higher power operation, and the electron beam emission device according to one embodiment of the present application comprises: a housing for forming a space in which an electron beam is emitted; a cathode arranged on one side within the housing and emitting electrons; an anode located so as to be spaced from the cathode to the other side within the housing, and accelerating the electrons emitted from the cathode; and an insulation holder for insulating the space between the cathode and the housing and fixing the cathode, wherein the cathode has a gradient such that the surface facing the anode is concave, and the border of the surface having the gradient of the cathode is roundedly formed.
