摘要 The present invention provides a low-power-based, high-speed movement system for measuring an protection potential of a pipe buried under the ground, capable of conveniently measuring and evaluating the protection potential of the pipe buried under the ground while a vehicle is driven, wherein: a potential measurement data logger is attached to a lower end of a manhole cover so as to measure the protection potential of the pipe buried under the ground, thereby measuring a potential between a reference electrode used to measure the protection potential of the pipe buried under the ground and a sacrificial anode for connecting a cathode to the buried pipe to prevent corrosion of the buried pipe, and storing the measured protection potential data in a memory unit; a portable gateway is installed in a vehicle by a worker so as to measure the protection potential of the pipe buried under the ground, such that the potential measurement data logger transmits the protection potential data previously measured and stored in the memory unit to a portable data logger through wireless communication if the portable gateway requests the potential measurement data logger for data transmission when the vehicle passes through a location at which the potential measurement data logger is installed while the vehicle is driven; and the transmitted data is compared with a preset reference protection potential value by a data analysis unit.
