A system for managing demand for combined power and heat energy according to the present invention comprises: a demand management local server (110) for managing the energy demand state of each factory operated by organically using power energy and heat energy; a demand management integrated server (120) for performing the integrated management of demand resources by computing the maximum reduction capacity of the demand resources of each factory by using energy demand data of each factory, which is transmitted from the demand management local server (110), and transmitting the computed maximum reduction capacity of the demand resources to an external system to enable the external system to automatically participate in a bid for the demand resources or a load management program; a power trading system (130) for participating in the bid for the demand resources based on the maximum reduction capacity of the demand resources of each factory, which is transmitted from the demand management integrated server (120), and providing the demand management integrated server (120) with demand response management information for the reduction of the demand resources; and a demand response system (140) for participating in the load management program based on the maximum reduction capacity of the demand resources of each factory, which is transmitted from the demand management integrated server (120), to request energy demand adjustment for each situation from the demand management integrated server (120). |
