The present invention provides a photovoltaic power generating device which comprises: a support frame having a solar cell module installed in an upper part thereof; a vibrated part fixed to a lower surface of the support frame and having a first coupling hole in the center thereof; a vibrating part arranged on an installation surface in a lower side of the vibrated part wherein vibration is generated in the installation surface and having a coupling axis coupled to the first coupling hole formed on an upper surface thereof; a vibration damping unit inserted into the coupling axis, made of a plurality of layers and configured to block vibration from being transferred between the vibrated part and the vibrating part; and an interval maintaining unit installed to maintain a set interval between the vibrated part and the vibrating part, to prevent the vibration damping unit from being continuously exposed by a weight of a structure, and to deform the set interval when vibration out of a set range occurs.
