The present invention relates to a tool for generating a camera motion frame in a multimedia content developing program, and a method for generating a CMF file using the same. The tool for generating a camera motion frame includes: a data generation unit (11) which generates a point (CP) of each point selected on a coordinate by a mouse click; a data handle unit (12) which provides a B-spline curve handle which is a trajectory revision handle of a B-spline curve; and a data operation unit (14) which provides a camera point XYZ motion manipulator.
