PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing play device capable of simply generating a highly decorative image in trimming an image to edit the image, an image generation method and an image generation program.SOLUTION: A photographing play device includes: an imaging unit; a display unit for superimposing a primary image based on a photographic image captured by the imaging unit on a trimming frame having a predetermined shape and a first decorative image added thereto; an input unit which receives change in at least one of size and a position of the trimming frame relative to the primary image displayed on the display unit; and an image processing unit which trims a partial image in the trimming frame out of the primary image displayed on the display unit, and displays a first secondary image formed by adding a first decorative image to the partial image on the display unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
