PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive layer with a separator in which the separator has moderate light-peelability from an adhesive layer, and excellent workability and durability are secured, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing an adhesive layer with a separator comprises a first step of forming a layer of an adhesive composition comprising a (meth) acrylic polymer, a peroxide and a phenolic antioxidant on a peeling treatment surface of the separator that has undergone peeling treatment, and a second step of heating the adhesive composition for crosslinking after the first step to form an adhesive layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
