Disclosed is a cutting type hand grinder wheel which: can maximize machinability by increasing a cooling efficiency during a grinding operation; has a plurality of cut grooves capable of checking a processed surface during the operation; and prevents the emission of heat and dust by closing the upper part of the cut grooves with a disc-type transparent cover or an individual-type transparent cover. The cutting type hand grinder wheel, according to the present invention, comprises: a plurality of cut grooves formed to be curved and/or diagonal in a circumferential direction from the center of a coupling hole formed in the center a disc unit; and an individual-type transparent cover made from an acryl or polycarbonate material and attached to the upper part of the disc unit by an adhesive such that a processed object can become see through while the upper part of the cut grooves is closed, wherein at least one cut groove is formed in the disc unit and a cut surface is formed in an inclined shape, and the individual-type transparent cover does not upwardly protrude and is attached by an adhesive so as to be placed on a stepped portion extensionally formed on the upper side of the cut grooves formed in the disc unit, thereby preventing heat and dust from being upwardly emitted and guiding the same according to a flow of a cutting rotational direction such that the heat and the dust can be emitted to the outside. |
