The invention concerns a fluid injector and a method of producing hollow bodies by means of fluid-injection technology, wherein a multiphase mixture in the form of an atomized mist is introduced into a still flowable moulding compound such that a cavity is formed in the moulding compound by displacement of the moulding compound and/or the moulding compound is cooled. The fluid injector is equipped with an injector body (12, 32, 52, 122, 172), having an elongate injector body duct (14, 34, 54, 124, 174) in the injector body (12, 32, 52, 122, 172). A multiphase mixture in the form of an atomized mist is formed from a first fluid and a second fluid by the principle of a Venturi nozzle before the inlet into the injector body duct or after the outlet from the injector body duct. |
