The present invention relates to a foldable screen device that is installed in a river to prevent an intrusion from the outside and buffer shocks from external heavyweight materials during flooding. According to the present invention, the foldable screen device comprises: a frame which is arranged in the width direction of the river and of which the vertical length is varied; and a means of folding the screen, that is mounted on the side and the top of the frame to make the frame foldable. |
