摘要 The present invention relates to a system and a method for monitoring the alignment of a wheel of a vehicle, and more specifically, to a system and a method for monitoring the alignment of a wheel of a vehicle, monitoring whether an error exists in the alignment of the wheel of the vehicle in real time. The system for monitoring alignment of a wheel of a vehicle comprises: a lower arm of the vehicle; a strain gauge; a theoretical force calculation part; a comparison calculation part; and an alarm part. The strain gauge is mounted on the lower arm to measure the actual force applied to the lower arm when the vehicle is driven. The theoretical force calculation part calculates a theoretical force applied to the lower arm under a given vehicle environment condition by means of a preset calculation method. The comparison calculation part compares the actual force measured by the strain gauge with the theoretical force calculated by the theoretical force calculation part. The alarm part notifies an error in the alignment of the wheel of the vehicle when a difference between the actual force and the theoretical force compared by the comparison calculation part exceeds a preset error range.
