A drilling device comprises: a drill part of which the rotary shaft in the top is connected to a rotary driving source and of which the bottom has a drill blade; a moving guide part which has a step control groove on the outer surface thereof in a vertical direction, covers the outer surface of the drill part, and allows the drill blade to protrude in a machining depth; a fixed guide part which has a protruding part inserted into the step control groove of the moving guide part and covers the outer surface of the moving guide part; and an elastic member which is supported on one end of the bottom of the fixed guide part and a part of the body of the moving guide part to supply vertical elastic force to the gap between the moving guide part and the fixed guide part. Therefore, the present invention uniformly maintains a machining depth by vertically moving the drill part using the elastic member.
