摘要 The present invention deepens a penetration in spray transfer welding. The present invention outputs a first output voltage (E1) and a first welding current (Iw1) during a first period (T1); outputs a second output voltage (E2) and a second welding current (Iw2) during a second period (T2); and outputs a third output voltage (E3) and a third welding current (Iw3) during a third period (T3), wherein 0<E2<E3<E1 and 0<Iw2<Iw3<Iw1. When a rate of change of the welding current is less than a change of rate of a reference, the present invention increases the first output voltage (E1) and/or decreases the second output voltage (E2). The present invention obtains molten metal directly under a wire to be in a thin state during the first period (T1); concentrates an arc on a position directly under the wire during the second period (T2); intensively heats a molten area during the third period (T3); and then makes the molten area calm. The present invention modifies the output voltages (E1, E2), thereby forming a deep penetration without being influenced by an inductance value of a welding cable such that high quality welding is able to be realized.
