1. A portable saw table for cutting oversized substrates at a work site comprising:
a. A base table; b. An upwardly elevated pivot element which is perpendicularly positioned at or near the center of the base table that rotates according to the movement of said base table; c. a pivoting table, the underside of which is attached to the upwardly elevated pivot element of the base table without protrusion on the uppermost side of said pivoting table; d. at least one fence support positioned across the surface of the pivoting table, having therein a slot for through passage of the pivoting table as it is rotated; e. a slotted saw support that extends across and is affixed to opposing edges of the diameter of the pivoting table.
