<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate need of a lamination and adhesion process of sheets, and a lamination and adhesion matter peeling process by applying an adhesive agent on an upper surface of a polymer sheet, electrostatically planting short fibers, exponsing the short fibers perpendicularly to the ground surface, and cutting it in the form of an outer sole. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive agent is applied to an upper surface of a polymer sheet, short fibers are electrostatically planted on the surface of the adhesive agent, the polymer sheet is placed on a lower die with the planted surface on the upper side, and a liquid polymer mix is injected. The lower die is combined with an upper die, the injected liquid polymer mix is hardened, and an integrated mould is taken out of the lower die. As the short fibers on the polymer sheet are planted vertically by electrostatic planting, so the vertical condition appears in the grounding surface of an outer sole to the ground, thereby need of a sheet lamination and adhesion process, and a lamination and adhesion matter peeling process for exposing the vertical condition in manufacturing can be eliminated.</p> |
