FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: described is a tea preparation device (100) containing a controller (332) functionally connected to the heating element (222) for water heating in the water section, to a temperature sensor (224), to the sensor (226) of the tea filter presence for the tea filter insertion determination in the water section and to the user notification means; the controller is designed so that to enable water heating in the water section to the initial infusing temperature; determination whether water is heated to the initial temperature of infusing; the user notification of the fact that the water has been heated to the initial infusing temperature and that infusing may be started by way of the tea filter insertion; if the user is notified of the filter insertion, water temperature is maintained within the specific range of the initial infusing temperature till either the preset waiting period is over or the tea filter insertion has not been determined in the course the said waiting period.EFFECT: design improvement.10 cl, 6 dwg
